This is an early maturing high-yielding variety.... It takes about 85-100 days from germination to harvest. On its basis, an ultra-early hybrid of Liang pink and Caspar F1 was obtained.

Ideal for outdoor or greenhouse cultivation... It is not afraid of sudden temperature changes, it can give good yields even in bad weather conditions.
Absolutely not susceptible to apical fruit rot, resistant to bacterial and dry spotting. Leaves can be moderately affected by septoria and late blight. Slightly more likely to be infected with the tobacco mosaic virus. With proper cultivation, 2-3 kg of tomatoes can be harvested from a bush.
Interestingly, in Eastern Siberia, the yield is 4-4.5 kg per plant. Whereas in the Central region of the Russian Federation this figure is equal to a maximum of 3 kg. Although in Siberia, full ripening of fruits occurs somewhat later, 110-115 days after germination.

Next, you will see photos of a tomato variety "Liana"
Tomato "Liana" is considered the best variety for the east of Ukraine and Moldova. There it is cultivated in the open field. In Siberia and the central regions of the Russian Federation, it is grown mainly in greenhouses and hotbeds.
Some craftsmen successfully harvest these tomatoes right on the windowsill in the apartment. This is one of the few tomatoes that can be grown both by seedlings and by direct planting of seeds in the ground. Seedlings are sown on seedlings in March, and in open ground, planting is carried out already at t + 10-12C. Moreover the seedless method is only suitable when planting in a greenhouse... The optimal density of arrangement is 3-4 bushes per sq. m.
There are some things to be aware of when growing this variety. So, if tomatoes grow in a greenhouse, then they need regular pinching. In the open field, it is quite possible to do without it. Usually, pinching the plant is recommended to get the earliest possible harvest... To do this, leave 1-2 main stems, and remove all appearing stepchildren. If it is necessary to get a rich harvest, then all the stepchildren are left in place.
Lyana always pleases with amicable ripening of fruits. Already in early August, each plant will have at least 5-6 ripe brushes. The bush is undersized, does not require a garter. When growing in a greenhouse, it is recommended to regularly water the plant, loosen, weed the soil from weeds and make 2-3 additional fertilizing with complex or mineral fertilizers.
In the open field, 3-4 foliar dressings are added to these procedures with any growth stimulator, with the obligatory addition of fungicides to protect against late blight.
Diseases and pests
Most often suffers from tobacco mosaic. The first signs of the disease are the appearance of variegated dark and light spots on the leaves. This disease is caused by a lack of light. With a strong defeat, the plant cannot be cured. It must be destroyed.
In order to prevent infection, it is necessary to treat the seedlings with a solution of boric acid a couple of days before planting and provide good lighting. Liana has firmly won the love of many amateur gardeners. This wonderful variety requires little effort to grow. Indeed, if you follow the rules of agricultural technology, you can get a good harvest of early, very tasty and healthy tomatoes.
