Like all late-ripening varieties, Dates tomatoes are sown for seedlings in March. For seedlings, a light soil is needed from a mixture of garden soil, peat and river sand; for greater nutritional value, superphosphate, potash fertilizers and wood ash are added. Sowing depth of seeds - no more than 1 cm.
Seedlings need additional lighting and careful watering with warm water. After the formation of 2 true leaves, the seedlings dive into separate pots.
