Characteristics

Sheri's potatoes can be recognized by semi-erect, leaf-type bushes with an average height. The leaves are green and slightly wavy at the edge.

They can be of both intermediate and open type, and their size ranges from medium to large. The corolla is reddish-purple in color and small to medium in size.

Root crops of this variety of potatoes are covered with a smooth red skin with small eyes, under which the flesh of a creamy color is hidden.

They have an elongated shape, and their weight ranges from 98 to 164 grams. The starch content of these vegetables is at the level of 10-15%.
