Choosing a filling, you can opt for a vegetarian one: despite the modest amount of calories, you don't have to sacrifice taste here - a little seasoning paired with baking can improve any pie. But for meat lovers, there are also several versions.

Cabbage leaves are combined with almost everything, it is only important to know the correct proportions. For fans of the exotic, even special desserts (with fruits) have been invented, which are an example of a true balance of sweet and bitter.

  • 2 eggs.

Cook like this:

  1. Rinse the onion, chop it along with the green part, add oil and place in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Then take the cabbage, chop it, add to the onion, salt and wait for another 2 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs, mix well with sour cream, salt and flour.
  4. Now grease the mold with butter, fill it halfway with the dough, then lay out a layer of filling and on top again with the dough.
  5. Put the pie in the oven for 30-45 minutes to cook.

With the use of mayonnaise

  • 5 eggs.
  • 5 tbsp flour.
  • 1 tsp starch.
  • 5 tbsp sour cream.
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 PC. Chinese cabbage.
  • Salt, butter and crackers.

Procedure:

  1. Pass the butter over a baking dish and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs.
  2. Chop Chinese cabbage as small as possible and rub with salt.
  3. Lay the bottom tightly with the mixture.
  4. Then mix the remaining ingredients into the dough and pour over the filling.
  5. Now place the pie in the oven and bake until lightly golden brown.

    In the oven, the dough may swell a little, but that's okay. If you followed the recipe carefully, the top will not fail when you take it out.

Puff pastry

  • 400 g of unleavened puff pastry.
  • 1 PC. onions.
  • 3 eggs (2 boiled and 1 raw).
  • 1 PC. Chinese cabbage.
  • Vegetable and butter.
  • Salt.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. The head of cabbage must be washed, chopped together with the onions (without stirring them).
  2. Fry the onion well, add chopped leaves and a little butter to it. In the process, periodically add some salt to the eye.
  3. While the filling is cooling, you need to grate the boiled eggs and pour to the total mass.
  4. Now roll out the dough and prepare the molds to your liking: squares or mugs.
  5. Start creating pies by carefully placing them on a baking sheet and brushing them with raw yolk.
  6. For the final, bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

With the addition of carrots

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Sahara.
  • 0.5 head of Chinese cabbage.
  • 1 p. Butter.
  • 1 p. Dry yeast.
  • 15 tbsp wheat flour.
  • 1/3 tsp salt.
  • 1 PC. Luke.
  • 1 PC. carrots.

Cook as follows:

  1. Heat milk and butter, mix with salt, powdered sugar, flour and yeast for a great dough. Leave it to cool for 20 minutes and start cooking the filling.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots, mix all this and fry in a pan with spices.
  3. Start shaping the patties and be sure to grease them on top with an egg.
  4. Hold in the oven for no longer than 25 minutes, until a crust appears.

  • 500 g puff pastry.
  • 1/3 head of Chinese cabbage.
  • 30 g butter.
  • Egg.
  • Salt.
  • Flour.
  • Caraway.

Cook like this:

  1. Chop the cabbage finely, mash the vegetable with your hands, transfer to the pan, salt and fry.
  2. Stir the egg a little and add to the main filling.
  3. While the core of the pie is cooling, prepare the base: roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut the edges into strips (10 cm at the sides and 5 cm at the bottom and top), leaving the center intact and dusting it with flour.
  4. Put the toasted mixture there and braid over the shreds in a beautiful braid.
  5. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, brush with egg and cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

With bell pepper

  • 700 g puff pastry.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 2 boiled eggs.
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste.
  • 350 g of Chinese cabbage.
  • 2 pcs. bell pepper.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the selected filling products and mix them with the spices and fry them well in a pan. Without cooking, add the tomato paste, stir again and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
  2. Then roll out 2/3 of the dough and place on the bottom of the mold.
  3. Then pour the filling in an even layer.
  4. And the finishing touch is a woven mesh from the remaining dough: a criss-cross pattern, alternating horizontal and vertical lines. When the decoration is ready, send the cake to bake in the oven for half an hour.

    The braided top can be mixed with eggplant or pepper. Just cut the fruit into the same thin and long slices and include in your intended pigtail. Such decor will not only be original, but also add color to the dish.

With brisket

  • 150 g pork belly.
  • 150 g flour.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 5 tbsp sour cream.
  • 200 g of Chinese cabbage.
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • 2 tsp baking powder.
  • 20 g butter.

Sequencing:

  1. Separate the white veins from the cabbage and chop, pepper them, and add the chopped smoked meats there.
  2. Move on to the dough: beat eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise, mix with baking powder.
  3. Lubricate the prepared form with oil, pour a little dough on the bottom, then pour the filling there. Pour the remaining liquid on top again and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

With canned corn

  • 150 g chicken breast.
  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 500 g puff pastry.
  • 1 can of canned corn.
  • Salt.

Work algorithm:

  1. Boil the meat and eggs in advance, then cut them into even cubes.
  2. Chop cabbage leaves and add to the general filling, salt.
  3. Add corn to taste (not necessarily the entire can) and mix thoroughly.

  • 80 g butter.
  • 10 Chinese cabbage leaves.
  • 250 g sour cream.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • 150 g of hard cheese.

  1. Pour oil, water, yolk and salt into the sifted flour, knead thoroughly and let the dough stand for 30 minutes, after which it must be rolled out and placed in a prepared form.
  2. Chop the cabbage itself, season to taste and fry in a pan, then put in a mold.
  3. And the last stage - beat eggs with sour cream, mix with grated cheese, then pour this mass over the filling.
  4. Bake the pie for about half an hour.

    If you wish, you can put 50 g of cheese and sprinkle it on top of the finished baked goods before placing in the oven. It is also recommended to serve Greek sauce with this dish.

With walnut

  • 500 g yeast dough.
  • 350 g of Chinese cabbage.
  • 130 g of hard cheese.
  • 40 g of walnuts.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 45 g butter.

  1. Chop Chinese cabbage and sauté it in butter, adding a little salt.
  2. Then toss in the chopped eggs, nuts and cheese for the filling.

The algorithm is as follows:

  1. We extinguish soda in milk, add butter, sugar and salt, add flour last.
  2. We proceed to cutting the cabbage, which is then worth frying.
  3. Add chopped boiled eggs and boiled rice to the finished base.
  4. We put everything in the form to our taste: either in layers, or one by one in any order, this will not affect the result - focus on the desired pattern from the filling, because the dough will be liquid.
  5. Keep in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

With dill

  • 500 g of unleavened puff pastry.
  • 3 boiled eggs.
  • 0.5 head of Chinese cabbage.
  • A bunch of dill.
  • Mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation:

  1. Put the dough on a prepared form, covering the whole bottom with it.
  2. Rinse other products thoroughly and chop into small pieces.
  3. Season the filling ingredients with mayonnaise and mix.
  4. Transfer the final mass to a container and cover with a layer of thin dough on top.
  5. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, not forgetting to slightly pierce the holes so that the cake does not heave.

With apples

  • 600 g puff pastry.
  • 270 g of Chinese cabbage.
  • 170 g green apple.
  • 90 ml mayonnaise.
  • 100 g of cheese.

Cook like this:

  1. Roll out the dough in a thin layer, cut out two large squares.
  2. Now cut all the indicated ingredients into small pieces (you can grate the apple and cheese) and season with mayonnaise.
  3. Put the resulting filling on a flat dough cube and cover with a second on top, press the edges nicely in the manner of a large puff.
  4. Brush with yolk and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until a crust appears.

With lemon juice

  • 1 apple.
  • 300 g of Chinese cabbage.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 550 g puff pastry.
  • 5 tbsp sour cream.
  • 7 walnuts.

The algorithm is as follows:

  1. Fry the chopped nuts and cabbage in advance, separately.
  2. Chop the rest of the products.
  3. Then we mix all the ingredients of the recipe, add lemon juice and season with sour cream.
  4. We turn to the dough, which needs to be rolled out well and placed on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Next, pour the filling in an even layer, decorate with strips of dough and put in the oven for half an hour.

How to serve the dish?

Decorating the finished cake is an important stage that completes the cooking process.
