With chicken breast and croutons


  • 900 gr. Chinese cabbage.
  • 400 gr. smoked chicken.
  • 250 g cheese.
  • 1 loaf of white bread
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste (are there Chinese cabbage salads without mayonnaise?).
  • Ground black pepper, salt and other spices to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread into cubes about 1.5 - 2 cm in size. Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a separate container and squeeze out one clove of garlic. When all the croutons are baked until golden brown, transfer them to a container and cover with garlic oil. After that, re-send the crackers to the oven for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Next, let's start preparing the salad itself. Cut off the base from Chinese cabbage, and disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves. Cut a dense stump from each leaf, and then finely chop the cabbage.
  4. Cut off all excess from the smoked chicken: the remaining bones, veins, excess fat and skin. Then cut the chicken and cheese into small cubes and send to the cabbage.
  5. Squeeze one clove of garlic into 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix everything well and let it brew for a few minutes. Before serving, season the salad with the sauce and season with ground black pepper to taste.

It is better to mix crackers with the bulk strictly before serving, otherwise they will become very soft and lose their piquant taste.

With corn


  • 2 pcs. chicken fillet.
  • 250 g canned corn.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 900 gr. Chinese cabbage.
  • 200 gr. cheese.
  • 150 g yogurt (no fillers).
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Fry the salted chicken fillet in vegetable oil on both sides (7 minutes on each side).
  2. Chop the cabbage leaves (cutting off the stalks), mix with chopped cucumber, corn, grated cheese and herbs.
  3. To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic (pressed through a garlic press), salt and spices.
  4. Dice the chicken breast and mix with the corn and the rest of the dressing. Salad ready!

With pineapples


  • 900 gr. Chinese cabbage.
  • 300 gr. chicken fillet (you must first boil it).

  • Garlic, salt and other spices to taste.
  • Natural yogurt + sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise).

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips (avoiding the stalk) and the chicken breast, ham and pineapple into cubes.
  2. Mix all the chopped ingredients, add finely chopped garlic, herbs and season the salad with yogurt and sour cream sauce.

  • 400 gr. chicken fillet.
  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage.
  • 150 g dark grapes (seedless).
  • 30 grams of pistachios.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • Salt, black pepper, curry to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the chicken breast from the skin and veins, cut into small cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Separate the lettuce leaves from the stalk and cut into strips, chop the grapes, finely chop the pistachios (previously separated from the peel).
  3. Combine all the ingredients together, seasoning everything with mayonnaise. Salad ready!
