  • Half a head of Chinese cabbage.
  • Carrots: one piece.
  • Bow: two pieces.
  • A clove of garlic: two or three.
  • Potatoes: three or four.

  • 200 grams of flour.
  • Half a glass of bread crumbs.
  • Sunflower or olive oil.
  • Salt and spices if desired.

Preparation:

  1. Put peeled and washed potatoes to boil.
