What you need to cook:

  • chicken breast - 600 g;
  • cauliflower - 400 g;

  • green onions;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Boil cauliflower until soft. Then cut it and the meat into small cubes.
  2. Grate hard cheese. Chop the green onion finely. Connect everything.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream and flour. Mix everything until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour. Refrigerate for at least half an hour.
  4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Shape cutlets of any shape from cooked minced meat with your hands.

How to cook:
