  • At the age of one year and above, the child can already consume this product in its raw form.
  • Up to 3 years old, the norm for a child is half a clove a day, but not more than 3-5 times a week.

  • 10 grams of propolis tincture.

Preparation:

  2. Put chopped garlic in a glass container and pour in 100 gr. alcohol.
  3. Infuse the mixture in a cool room (or in the refrigerator) for 3 weeks.
  4. The mixture is filtered through a layer of gauze and left for another 3 days at the same temperature.
  5. After three days, dissolve 50 g in the mixture. liquid honey and 10 gr. tincture of propolis.

Use: On the first day - 1 drop each, on the second day - 2, etc. up to 15 days. For 16-30 days, the dose is reduced in the same way.

Important! Children under 12 years of age are strongly discouraged from using this tincture due to the presence of alcohol in the composition.

Infusion with onions

To prepare an infusion of onions and garlic, you will need:

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 onion heads;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. Boil vegetable oil in a water bath for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Chop the garlic finely.
  3. Mix oil with onion and garlic. The oil should cover the ingredients.
  4. Put the mixture in a dark place and let it brew for 2-4 hours.

Application: This infusion is useful against severe rhinitis. For maximum effect, drip into each nostril 2 times three times a week until complete recovery. For children from 4 to 8 years old, drip 1 time into each nostril with the same frequency, from 8 years old and above - the same as for adults.

Chamomile inhalation

  • half an onion;
  • two or three tablespoons of chamomile broth;
  • three liters of water.

Preparation:

  1. Onions and garlic are grated and squeezed through three layers of gauze.
  2. Pour the gruel with water and bring to a boil, then heat for about 5 minutes more.
  3. Cool the liquid and add chamomile broth.
