Procurement of raw materials

Harvesting of roots and rhizomes of dioscorea must be done in places of mass growth of this plant. The collection of raw materials can be done from mid-April to November. It works like this:

  1. dig up the root and rhizomes;
  2. cleaned from the ground and cut off the remaining branches;
  3. cut into small pieces;
  4. rinse under cool water;
  5. you can dry it by sprinkling it in a thin layer, outdoors or in well-ventilated attics.

There are special dryers, but the temperature in them should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. The readiness of the material is determined by the light brown surface, inside the root with a whitish tint. It tastes bitter and has a pungent aftertaste.

In this form, the finished raw materials can be stored in paper bags or boxes in a well-ventilated area. Shelf life is no more than 3 years.

How to take it right: instructions for use

In case of violation of cardiac activity

Recipe:

  1. 2 g of chopped wild yam root is poured into a small container;
  2. 200 mg of warm water is poured into it and kept in a water bath for 20 minutes;
  3. when it cools down, after filtering, add boiled water to the initial volume.

Application: 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day for 30 days. After this period, the reception is stopped and resumed again after 21 days. Several repetitions are carried out depending on the state.

Allergy

What could be worse than an incomprehensible allergy? Fortunately, this scourge can be dealt with. Dioscorea root tincture is effective for allergic dermatitis, eczema, neurodermatitis and psoriasis.

Recipe: 50 g of chopped root pour 0.5 l of vodka. They let it brew for 30 days.

Take: 30-60 drops, diluted with water, 3 times a day. The duration of admission, depending on the severity of the disease, can be from 4 months to 1 year.

Obesity

Recipe:

  1. Mixes up in equal proportions:
    • dioscorea root;
    • elecampane;
    • birch leaves;
    • kelp;
